Annual General Meeting with Strawberry & Ice Cream Social

Dear members and friends of the Commanda Community Centre
The annual general meeting (AGM) is fast approaching! It's this Sunday June 27 at 3:00 pm. Please come for the meeting and stay for a get together with refreshments and dessert afterwards!
The meeting will include a financial report, a report on membership, a summary of the year's activities including a report on progress made on the hall and an election of board members and directors for 2010-2011.
The selection and election of board members is important. All of the present board, Andy McClelland, Ron Nigrini, Michael Hardy, Ron Phillips, Dave Littlejohns, Renee White and Dave May have agreed to stand for re-election if nominated. We are also seeking and encouraging new candidates. If you'd be willing to run or know of someone who'd care to run, please sound them out about serving. Please contact Dave May at 729-1240 so we can add to our list of candidates.
So be sure to attend! We'll celebrate the year past and appoint the board and officers for the coming year.
